Jeff DiBattista is a Consultant and Past Managing Partner at DIALOG, a diverse design practice that believes in meaningfully improving the wellbeing of communities and the environment we all share. Jeff was a DIALOG Partner for nearly 20 years, was part of the firm’s leadership team for ten years, and served as Managing Partner from 2020 to 2023.

As a structural engineer and project leader, Jeff has designed or led countless projects that have positively impacted communities, including university buildings, schools, hospitals, mixed-use developments, cultural facilities, bridges, and light rail transit systems.

Jeff and his wife, Traci, moved to Picton in 2020 after over 25 years in Edmonton, and they love this community! They have two amazing adult children, Alyssa and Nicholas.

Jeff holds a B.A.Sc. in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo, M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Structural Engineering from the University of Alberta. In 2014, he graduated with an MBA from the Sloan Fellows Program in Innovation and Global Leadership at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and completed the ICD-Rotman Directors' Education Program in 2017.
