Lisa Lindsay grew up in Prince Edward County and has always been an avid member of the community. While her three kids attended C.M.L Snider School, she fundraised and led a series of revitalization projects at the school, including resurfacing the legacy track.
She has received several awards for her work in the community, including the Status of Women Award from the Hastings and Prince Edward District School Board and the Spark for Change Award from Community Living Prince Edward.
Her role as the Director of Recreation and Community Facilities with The County perfectly aligns with her passion for improving public spaces and supporting community initiatives. Since 2012, she has managed a range of community projects, such as facilitating vaccine clinics during the COVID-19 pandemic.
