Leo Finnegan

Leo Finnegan is a former Mayor of Prince Edward County, having served in that position for seven years from 2003 to 2010. Prior to that he was the Plant Manager for Essroc Cement for the last 18 years of his 39 years working there. Leo served as a Director on the Board of Governors of the Prince County Memorial Hospital prior to the hospital’s amalgamation with Quinte Health Care. He served as Chairperson for three years. Leo has been serving as a director on the PECMH Foundation Board since 2011.
Leo and his wife Maureen live in Picton. They have three children and seven PERFECT grandchildren.
